By using the radius tool in fleXengine, you simply enter the address of the venue – anywhere in the United States – and fleXengine will return every applicable address within the distance you set. These results give you an instant mailing quantity, and the number can be adjusted up or down to fit your mailing budget or response objective.
To narrow your results, use the functionality of fleXengine to further sort for apartments and business, for either exclusion or inclusion in your resident mailing. This can be advantageous for business-to-business mailings, or by using the implied demographic difference of home versus apartment dwellers as well as income. In addition, by referring to additional demographic information provided by fleXengine - like income, age, and house value - the user can spot the locations, down to carrier route detail, that best fit the profile of their customer.
Our resident occupant list is pre-sorted and saturated by carrier-route for the entire United States (135 million addresses), and is fully CDS qualified with the USPS. It is completely updated every two months. In addition, Directflex offers actual addresses for Rural and Highway Contract Routes in most areas at no extra charge, a service not commonly offered by standard list brokers. We also qualify (sort) all businesses in our territory. These services will help you further identify and market to your customer while keeping your costs to a minimum.
Directflex would not be complete without offering the flexibility of uploading and using any mailing list owned by our clients. This can be done at the franchise level, or at the franchisee level, or both - whatever you choose. If done at the franchise level, then your list (or lists) can then be selected by franchisees via fleXengine. If done at the franchisee level, then it is left to individuals to provide their own proprietary list and use the upload function. Or both options can be used to maximize the benefit and flexibility of this service. Private lists are easy to upload as Excel spreadsheets (saved as comma delimited, or .csv files in Excel).
